By downloading, installing, or using ThemeIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA, where applicable). If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. ThemeIt is not designed for children under 13 (see Privacy Policy §8).
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any actions taken under your account. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit 2 — payment, authorization, billing, and refund eligibility are governed by your agreement with Apple. ThemeIt never sees, stores, or processes your payment instrument.
You can request a refund at any time from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. ThemeIt also offers a 14-day self-serve refund flow inside the app for purchases made directly through the consumer ThemeIt app, subject to anti-abuse limits. Statutory refund rights under your local consumer-protection law are unaffected.

Themes are authored by independent creators. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use purchased themes on devices signed in to your Apple ID. Theme assets remain the property of their creators (subject to the licence we hold from creators per Creator Terms §4).
ThemeIt does not automatically install configuration profiles. Where a theme requires you to install a profile, ThemeIt only provides instructions; you install the profile yourself via iOS Settings, and you can revoke it at any time. ThemeIt cannot read, modify, or remove profiles installed on your device.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under your local law (including consumer-protection statutes).
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer-law provisions in your country grant you additional rights.
We will post material changes here at least 14 days before they take effect.
